As anyone in my family knows, it's just not St. Patrick's Day without green pancakes for breakfast. Simon (who is 3/16 Irish) was excited to have his first taste of the yummy treat when we got over to Nana's in the morning. And, he must have liked them because he just kept eating more and more.
Jimmy and Simon can't wait for next year when Nana said she will help them make a leprechaun trap. Hope they have good luck catching one like their big cousins Sophia, Henry and Evie!
